Serie A champions Inter Milan are reportedly refusing to abandon their pursuit of Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones. The Nerazzurri have once again opened discussions with the Premier League giants as they look to find a way to bring the English midfielder to San Siro.
Inter’s interest in Jones is not a new development. The Italian club have been monitoring the 25-year-old for some time and previously attempted to negotiate a transfer earlier in the year. However, those efforts ultimately failed to produce an agreement between the two clubs.
Despite that setback, Inter have decided to return to the negotiating table during the current summer transfer window. The Nerazzurri reportedly believe Jones could be an important addition to their midfield and are prepared to continue discussions with Liverpool.
